As every items is handmade, we need about 2-3 days to produce (Home ware products need about 5 days).

Shipping Time

Shipping usually takes 7-15 working days for FOLLOWING COUNTRIES, shipping by priority airmail or Sf- express shipping fee would be charged while collecting the package (with tracking number, no signature request), 
United States, Canada, Brazil, Great Britain, Russia, France, Germany,
Netherlands, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Israel, Australia,
New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan

For ALL OTHER COUNTRIES, Shipping by registered airmail usually takes 10-18 working days, depending on your destination.

During peak season or parcel held up by custom, delivery time may be longer up to 4-6 weeks **** 

Please contact us if your order is not arrived in one month after shipment, so we can check it with delivery company. 

Return Policy

If you’re not happy, either we’ll make it right or you can return it. Contact us and we’ll hook you up!

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Returns and exchange details

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges can take 2-3 weeks to process depending on the volume of orders we have at the time. Please message us and we’ll send all the info you need for a return, exchange or store credit. Products must be returned in an unworn and untangled condition with a copy of your receipt.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

We do repair our jewelry. Repairs are free of charge within 60 days of receiving your order/delivery confirmation. After the 60 days, please message us details and a photo if possible and we’ll determine a repair estimate for you. Repairs can take up to 2-3 weeks to process depending on the volume of orders we have at that time. Return shipping fees on repairs are the customer’s responsibility.
